When will my order ship out?

Orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, our fulfillment partner will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website. Alternatively you can track it here.

What are the standard delivery times?

Overall shipping times vary depending on location. Some general estimates would be:

• UK: 5-15 business days
• US: 5-15 business days
• Canada: 7-25 business days
• Australia: 7-25 business days
• Rest of world: 14-30 business days

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returning an item to us is quick, easy and free. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you’ve purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund. Once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll refund the price you paid, back to your original payment method.

We do our best to accept all returns, however, should an item be in unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

It normally takes around 14 days for us to receive and refund your parcel – we’ll drop you an email once we’ve received it. Depending upon your card issuer, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.
